For some time now, I’ve been planning to offer a newsletter, making it easy to keep up with my writing and other current projects. Sadly, that plan kept getting moved to the back burner. Until now. I’m happy to announce that you can now subscribe to my (free) Grounded in Reality newsletter!
In addition to updates on my current projects, each newsletter will have its own short post. These posts will touch on yoga concepts, exploring how I use yoga to help me stay grounded as I write my novels and simply live in a chaotic world. (If you missed this fun fact, I am a certified yoga teacher in addition to being a writer.)
This newsletter is hosted through Substack, which means you have options for how to read it: 1. You can simply sign up to have each newsletter delivered to your inbox (currently twice a month), without ever using the Substack website or app. 2. You can read each newsletter through the Substack website or app. Through the website or app, you can also access my archive of past newsletters. And, if you subscribe to other Substack newsletters, you can read them all in one convenient place.
Substack also has a social media aspect with its “Notes” section, which works like other sites with a feed that shows short posts by the people you follow and suggested posts based on your interests. I haven’t played with that much yet, but it may be a fun feature.
