Main Character Descriptions

Amanda Jones

Like most teenagers, Amanda Jones is both excited and nervous about starting high school. Unlike others, she frequently daydreams about visiting a Victorian house filled with doors. Opening a door in that house awakens Amanda’s psychic travel abilities, unlocking worlds beyond her imagination.

Drew Turner

Drew and Amanda live in the same apartment building and ride the school bus together every day. Though they drifted apart in middle school, high school rekindles their friendship and Amanda finds herself confiding in Drew about the strange happenings in her daydream house.

Trina Rivera

While Trina may have been Amanda’s best friend in middle school, their high school interests may begin to lead them down different paths. Their friendship is further challenged as Amanda tries to balance a “normal” social life with her new powers and secret life in the Psychic Traveler Society.
