Another spring, another Spring Lot Con! I only attend a handful of author events each year, and Spring Lot Con is a special one.
As much as I love to meet potential new readers–and hopefully sell some books–Spring Lot Con at Comic Logic is where I have a chance to catch up with friends. Unlike my other author events, Lot Con is a mini-convention that features a range of art, collectibles, books, comic books (of course!), and more.
There’s also a Fall Lot Con, with costumes and candy, though I’m rarely free to attend in October.

While I don’t have a new book out this year, it was still nice to catch up with friends who have been so supportive in buying my books. One of those friends is Erin Morin, who recently won on Jeopardy! Erin graciously repeated her story for us, sharing some fun behind-the-scenes stories from her time on the show. Another friend, local chalk artist Tonia Priolo, a.k.a. Chalkoholic, also stopped by to bring me a Cheshire Cat piece I had previously commissioned. Tonia didn’t have a table at this Spring Lot Con, but she often does attend, so you can hopefully catch her there another time.
Thanks to those who came out! Hopefully, I’ll have a new book by my next Lot Con. Until then, you can find my books through your favorite online retailer (print and ebook) or contact me through this form to order signed books.
